  • Full Service Wedding Coordinator (from booking through your event)
  • Indoor/Outdoor Sound System
  • Bridal Cottage with Air-Conditioning & furnishings
  • Grooms Room with lounge area, Foosball, & Air-Conditioning
  • Onsite Decor – preview at first meeting
  • Garbage Removal (reception only)
  • Parking Attendant
  • Cake Service (skirting, cutting, & serving)
  • Commercial Kitchen available for licensed catering service
  • Self Catering option available – $350 additional and we handle your food, call for details
  • Option to use chafing dishes, serving platters, and beverage vessels

  • $500.00 non-refundable Deposit to secure your date will be applied to the balance. Balance to be paid at 90 days, 60 days, and paid in full 30 days before your event.
 
$300.00 fully refundable additional damage deposit will be collected at your rehearsal date and held for 7 days if no damage is found on the property.
